EthosEnergy A&C, now part of Wencor Group are currently recruiting for a Part-Time, HR Generalist to join the team in Aberdeen, UK.

This role will execute the policies and activities of the Human Resource (HR) department for the BU assigned to them, ensuring legal compliance at all stages of the employee life cycle.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day HR enquiries from employees and managers within the BU
  • Support the payroll and HR administration for the facility
  • Manages the talent acquisition process and collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
  • Administer the onboarding and new hire process
  • Recommends and researches learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Support employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintains compliance and provides specialist advise with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Contribute to EH HR projects to add value to the HR team
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organisations HRIS and talent management systems.

Experience

  • Significant experience of Generalist HR work within the UK

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • HR certification desirable.

Physical Requirements

  • Office Based
