We are currently recruiting for a Turnaround Coordinator to join our team in Kazakhstan, This position is a site-based role to coordinate all pre and post turnaround activities, ensuring smooth planning and execution with all stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning meetings and coordinate all turnaround activities (onshore & offshore)
- Oversee parts, tools, manpower, and logistics for outages
- Develop work packs, Gantt charts, risk assessments, and quality plans
- Supervise field resources and ensure readiness of outage crews
- Act as main point of contact during outages and manage post-outage reporting
Required Skills / Knowledge
- Requirements:
- Strong experience with rotating equipment (gas turbines, compressors, generators, etc.)
- Knowledge of maintenance planning, SAP/CMMS, and safety standards
- Experience with de/commissioning, isolation, and Permit To Work systems
- Fluent in English; strong communication and leadership skills
Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in oil & gas and rotating equipment maintenance, with at least 5 years in a similar role
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)
Physical Requirements
- 5/2 work rotation
