The PMO will be working closely with the Regional OPS Director, site PMO and will be in front of the Customer for the contract management.
The main focuses will be:
• Trouble shooting capability for entire equipment under LTSA - (GT, ST, Gen) to prevent any unplanned outages and also to maximize the units availability- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Parts management (configuration, parts lifetime)
• Ensure smooth maintenance planning from a technical and contractual side
• Channel for central engineering, finance, supply chain, FSO, sales and Quality organizations in managing the contract scope
Job Responsibilities
- Project Management in relation with LTSA contract
- responds to customer complaints
- evaluates and resolves problems of the customer
- assists in installing and testing the equipment (commissioning)
- analyses, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands
- monitors performance of the product
- maintains product manuals
- supports configuration control records maintenance
- provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests
- develops and maintains relations with customers
- first contact for Field Service (TFAs) to provide technical recommendations/guidelines
- performs call-out field service as required
- provides remote technical assistance for customers
- offers feedback on product development, features and functions
Required Skills / Knowledge
- Ability to handle relationship with the customer with ease
- Site exposure
Experience
- Gas turbine / Steam Turbine site experience
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
Education Requirements
- Degree on Engineering programs (Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering)
Physical Requirements
- Physically fit for the site works
- No issues to work at heavy and hazardous work areas
- Ability to work in Israel
