Mechanical Engineer / Inżynier mechanik

Job Responsibilities

• Projektowanie 3D części mechanicznych, zgodnie z procesem wprowadzania nowych produktów w EthosEnergy
• Tworzenie dokumentacji technicznej projektowanych części (rysunki wykonawcze, złożeniowe, montażowe)
• Wykonywanie obliczeń mechanicznych
• Tworzenie i autoryzowanie specyfikacji materiałowych, procesów w celu wsparcia procesu produkcyjnego
• Ocenianie wymagań projektowych, zarządzanie i raportowanie projektami inżynieryjnymi od momentu ich zainicjowania do zamknięcia
• Uzgadnianie budżetów, terminów i specyfikacji z klientami i kierownictwem, prowadzenie odpowiednich badań, analizowanie ich wyników
• Opracowywanie i wdrażanie projektów oraz procedur testowych, przedstawianie projektów kierownictwu i klientom pisanie raportów i dokumentacji, analiza i interpretacja danych, uczestnictwo w spotkaniach/dyskusjach z klientami i udzielanie wyjaśnień dotyczących rozwiązań technicznych
• Develop formal reverse engineered part manufacturing 3D models and 2D designs in strict accordance the EthosEnergy New Product Introduction process.
• Create and author formal component, material, process and general specifications in support of the part manufacturing process.
• Undertake personal research and investigate applicable patents so as to determine project scope.
• Assesses project requirements and manage engineering projects from initiation through to closing using standard project management and reporting tools.
• Performs product and process analysis, and optimize designs and specifications to improve quality, delivery and cost throughout the product life cycle
• Ensures safety, reliability and efficiency consideration, global trends and latest norms, standards and innovations are incorporated in the design practice.
• Formally lead complex root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventative solutions in a variety of challenging environments.
• Author technical reports in support of the design and manufacturing process.
• Performs dynamic analyses (experimental and numerical) of components and systems
• Agrees budgets, timescales and specifications with clients and managers using computer-aided design/modelling software, liaising with suppliers, undertaking relevant research, producing and implementing designs and test procedures,
• Presenting designs to managers and clients, writing reports and documentation, analysing and interpreting data, participate in meetings/discussions with customers and explain technical solutions.

Required Skills / Knowledge

• Znajomość zasad rysunku technicznego oraz podstaw konstrukcji i technologii maszyn
• Znajomość oprogramowania CAD – preferowany NX
• Umiejętność sporządzania jasnych i wyczerpujących dokumentów technicznych
• Umiejętność pracy zespołowej
• Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering disciplines.
• Ability to draft clear and comprehensive technical documents
• Ability to design stationary and rotating products using computer-aided design and engineering software
• Good command of spoken and written English

Experience

• Pięć lat doświadczenia inżynierskiego Five years of engineering experience
